An Architectural Control Committee (ACC) request is a highly suggested submittal by any homeowner to PMI Scioto Metro adding, altering, or making physical changes to the exterior of one's property. If you have requested an ACC request and it has been denied, you have 30 days to request an appeal as to reasoning. Appeal summons can be via email to PMI Scioto Metro OR the board can be requested to hear said appeal in person.
