Melrose HOA encourages a strict policy suggestion of uniform roof color to complete the "Total Environment" Concept with regards to the exterior color scheme.  Roofing shingle color is highly suggested to be kept consistent throughout Melrose Subdivision.  The ONLY approved color of roofing shingle consistency (suggestion) is WEATHERED WOOD.
