HOA Financials
The Melrose HOA budget is monitored through monthly financial reports provided by PMI Scioto Metro. These HOA financial statements illustrate the cash flow status of the Association in comparison to the annual budget.
Below are links to the Melrose HOA monthly financial reports and HOA financial statements from 2020 to present. These reports include, but are not limited to: monthly BALANCE sheets and the monthly INCOME STATEMENT - OPERATING, which are essential for understanding the Melrose HOA budget. Per Ohio Revised Code 5312.07 (B), documents must be kept for up to five (5) years prior to request.
