Melrose HOA Property manage company

The Melrose Homeowners Association of Pickerington, Inc. has engaged PMI Centerline for property management services through a one-year contract. This partnership will help manage the Association and attend to Subdivision needs. As of April 1, 2026, Casey Farmer has been designated as the Property Manager for the Melrose Homeowners Association.

The purpose of PMI Centerline is to serve as an intermediary for all issues within the Melrose Homeowners Association, specifically in Melrose and Inverness at Melrose. Our property management services include, but are not limited to: Board Member Assistance, Community Communication, Assessment Collection, Accounting & Reporting, Compliance Inspection (monthly), Document Management, and Maintenance & Inspection.
