Melrose HOA Property manage company

The Melrose Homeowners' Association of Pickerington, Inc.  has a one year contract with PMI Centerline to manage the Association & assist with Subdivision needs.  As of 2024, Stacey Menefee has been assigned as Property Manager to Melrose HOA.   Melrose HOA currently runs on a financial budget from ALL 398 properties within the SubdiviThesion;  As of 2025 Annual dues per property in Melrose & Inverness at Melrose are $200.00.  Annual accounts receivable are $79,600.
