in-ground swimming pools

The are no above-ground swimming pools permitted in Melrose & Inverness at Melrose.  In-ground swimming pools are permissive (per Deed Restrictions) & are subject to architectural review.  If planning on building please submit a design plan to PMI Scioto Metro per the homeowner portal (ACC Request) as well as filing for a permit with the City of Pickerington (see below).

Whirlpools & hot tubs are also permissive & shall be screened from view if desired.
