The "Total Environment" Concept for Melrose Subdivision encourages a specific color palette that promotes soft, harmonious shades of earth tones & greys which provide consistency within the neighborhood.  Garage doors are to be painted to match the color of the trim, as well as shutter colors to match the entry door.

 

Any material appearing on the exterior of a home is encouraged to conform to Architectural Control Committee (ACC).  Please see the link below for specific design & color (including color palette examples) all residents of Melrose are suggested to adhere to in regards to the "Total Environment" Concept.
