Deck construction, pergola design, and brick paver installation are all permitted in Melrose and Inverness, subject to architectural review according to the homeowner guidelines set by the Melrose HOA. If you are planning on building, please submit a design plan to PMI Scioto Metro through the homeowner portal, and ensure that you also file for a permit with the City of Pickerington (see below).
