Violation Notice: What to Do Next?

PMI Scioto Metro conducts monthly sweeps of Melrose Subdivision to ensure adherence to the HOA deed restrictions, with specific focus on the Inverness @ Melrose area. The most common Melrose Subdivision violations include, but are not limited to: 

- Garbage Cans 

- Mailboxes 

- Sheds 

- Boats and/or Trailers in drives 

- Denied ACCs that mature on a property 

What should you do if you receive a violation? 

The Melrose Board of Trustees aims for resolutions that benefit both parties and is ready to collaborate with property owners when violations occur. Ultimately, it is the HOA's responsibility to uphold the deed restrictions set forth by the original developer. If you receive a violation notice regarding your property, the simplest solution is to address the issue directly. However, if you believe you are not in violation of the matter at hand, please contact PMI Centerline to discuss your reasoning. Remember, we are all neighbors striving to maintain an attractive community, which is why these HOA deed restrictions are in place!
