What do I do if I receive a violation?
The Melrose Board of Trustees wants the resolution to be WIN-WIN & are willing to work with a property owner if a violation exists.....The bottom line is that it is the HOA's duty to fulfill the deed restrictions, which was the intent of the original developer. If you receive a statement letter about your property the easiest solution is to remedy the violation. Remember we are all neighbors that want to live in an attractive community which is the reason these deed restrictions exist!
