i received a violation notice.....now what?

  ONYX Realty performs monthly sweeps of Melrose Subdivision & Inverness @ Melrose for clarity among the deed restrictions of the neighborhood. The most common violations include but are not limited to:

  

  • Garbage Cans
  • Mailboxes
  • Sheds
  • Boats and\or Trailers in drives
  • Denied ACCs that mature on a property


What do I do if I receive a violation? 

The Melrose Board of Trustees wants the resolution to  be WIN-WIN & are willing to work with a property owner if a violation exists.....The bottom line is that it is the HOA's duty to fulfill the deed restrictions, which was the intent of the original developer. If you receive a statement letter about your property the easiest solution is to remedy the violation. If you believe you are not in violation of the subjective matter please reach out to PMI Scioto Metro OR Jackson Brandel (jacksondbrandel@gmail.com) as to reasoning. Remember we are all neighbors that want to live in an attractive community which is the reason these deed restrictions exist!
