What do I do if I receive a violation?
The Melrose Board of Trustees wants the resolution to be WIN-WIN & are willing to work with a property owner if a violation exists.....The bottom line is that it is the HOA's duty to fulfill the deed restrictions, which was the intent of the original developer. If you receive a statement letter about your property the easiest solution is to remedy the violation.
