Melrose & Inverness at Melrose enforce a strict policy regarding a uniform mailbox design. All mailboxes are to be a specific design & color (established as the uniform standard of style per Deed Restrictions) for uniformity throughout the neighborhood. All mailboxes are to be the following:
- Mailbox post to be 4' by 4' cedar material (RY03)
- Mailbox to be traditional FIGURE 1A per the United States Postal Service (USPS). Specifications can be viewed HERE
- Mailbox material to be cedar wrap (CW01)
- 4" brass numbering required on BOTH sides of the mailbox post
- Mailbox post to be either stained BEECHWOOD (ST-203) or painted BEECHWOOD (SOL-203)
If you have a mailbox post that needs to be replaced you may build your own using the approved template OR purchase a constructed mailbox post from Cedar Craft Products, Inc.
